Yes. Standard scripting can be changed at any time at no cost. If your are finding that your scripting is no longer matching your business needs, all you have to do is send a request to our Customer Care team. We'll take care of the rest.

Does the service operate on public holidays?

Yes. Our call centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. This includes all public holidays.

How do I use my service with the existing phone system and mobile phone?

Once your service is live, you will receive a dedicated indial number (DID) that is attached to your answering service. The DID is a landline number that you can use to divert your mobile or landline to the service when required.

Are the calls outsourced?
